Last week, we had the great pleasure of welcoming our partner from AVL, one of the world’s leading companies in automotive testing systems, powertrain development, and advanced simulation technologies. Their visit to MOCO’s Zhongshan headquarters marked an important step in strengthening project collaboration and ensuring technical alignment for upcoming milestones.

AVL has more than 70 years of experience in developing advanced automotive testing solutions, covering ICE, EV, hybrid systems, battery validation, ADAS/AD, and more. Their strict engineering standards require highly reliable interconnect solutions.
At MOCO, we specialize in push pull connectors, automotive test connectors, custom cable assemblies, vibration-resistant solutions, and high-precision CNC components. Our experience in EV battery testing, HV/LV signal systems, and harsh-environment sensor connectivity aligns seamlessly with AVL’s core projects.
During the visit, our team guided AVL engineers through key manufacturing areas—including CNC machining, injection molding, cable assembly, testing labs, and automatic inspection lines. This helped the customer better understand how MOCO ensures stability, consistency, and traceability in every connector and cable assembly.


After the factory tour, both teams held a technical meeting focusing on the ongoing connector development project. We reviewed test data, tolerance requirements, cable routing considerations, and potential design optimizations.


This collaborative session helped us clarify pain points and refine engineering directions, ensuring that both sides remain synchronized as the project enters the next stage.
We deeply appreciate AVL’s visit and their trust in MOCO’s engineering capability. By providing transparent communication, on-site evaluations, and proactive technical support, we aim to strengthen this partnership for long-term success.
