MOCO connector considers the MOV and MOQ to be similar in some way, so we generally set the MOQ rather than MOV for OEM products. As a large-scale manufacturer, we need to utilize one or several production lines, adopt state-of-the-art technologies, and assign professional employees including senior technicians and skilled workers when we manufacture the OEM products. Throughout the whole process from raw materials purchase to delivery, the manpower and materials inputs are all indispensable. This requires us to set some limits for the OEM orders so as to prevent ourselves from suffering an economic loss.

At MOCO connector, the ODM service extends across various phases that create a perfect and fully customized product. It includes various stages, from design to product engineering, prototyping, performance testing, to production. The whole ODM program stages require a prolonged engagement of different departments including design, R&D, and manufacturing department. We have formulated scientific and reasonable ODM processes that ensure the project can be completed on time and efficiently. In addition, we can provide customers with a detailed and direct-viewing flow chart, allowing you to understand the whole process at first sight.

It takes a longer time to complete an ODM processing project than an OEM project since ODM processing requires more time to work out the design works. As the name suggests, ODM provides multiple designs for components or the whole product. After customers confirm the design sketches and the samples, then MOCO connector will start mass production immediately. As the requirements for product appearance and internal structure have become higher, the design cycles also occupy a relatively larger proportion of the whole production cycle.
