This article presents a detailed case study of how MOCO push-pull self-locking connectors were successfully integrated into a new field-deployable rugged military computer. Facing extreme environmental and mechanical challenges, the project required connectors with high durability (5000+ mating cycles), IP68 protection, 360° EMC shielding, and wide temperature tolerance (-55°C to +125°C).

Firstly, the circular push pull connector can be divided into 2 types- indoor connector (such as B series, S series, P series) and outdoor connector (K series, M series, Y series, D series, F series, S series, U series, T series).

Most connectors used indoors are not waterproof, while those used outdoors are waterproof (IP66-IP68). "T" stands for "plug", and "Z" means "socket/receptacle". There are different shell models of circular connectors to meet your needs, such as straight plug, elbow plug, panel mount socket, in-line socket, etc.

The standard plating is chrome-plating, also you can choose black-chrome plating.

The second type is sensor connectors. Size: M8/M12/M16. You can choose over-molded plastic shell M12 connectors, male and female both are cable mount. Also we have metal shell. And cable assembly service available.
